  • Location in Florida and/or southeastern U.S.
  • Minimum size of 100,000 sq. ft. of GLA
  • Price between $10-100 million
  • Major metro area or at least 100,000 people within a 5-mile radius
  • Transaction based on either all cash or takeover of existing financing
  • Also consider acquisitions of multiple-property portfolios
